The Lamothe Family has just returned from a trip around Scandinavia. Their travels took them from Copenhagen, Denmark to parts of Germany, Poland, Finland, and a last few stops in Sweden. While out on their endeavors, as historical restorers, and food consorters; they are always looking to bring back a new concept or recipe to the Steaming Tender Restaurant. With the help of extended relatives near and far, they are anxious to incorporate their Scandinavian flair into our Americana dishes.
